The Team
Rob Ford (Director).
Rob has been with the kitchen industry for a number of years ( more years than he cares to mention) and brings that expertise to his customer base. His pedigree includes design templating and fitting and many of his customers have benefited from his input. The wrinkles are only a result of him smiling too much - nothing to do with his age!
Andy Harris-Brunger (Installation Manager).
Andy has been with Granite Worktops Direct from its formation and has been majorly instrumental in the growth of the company. He is known throughout the industry as 'Andy the granite man' being 6ft 8" in height and 18 stone in weight. His expertise not only covers granite but he's a wizard at computers and has designed and installed a computer network at the office with a relational database.
Neil Fensome ( Fitter).
Neil is Andy's right hand man, joined the company a few years back and proved an excellent investment - I hope he feels the same way about us! He brings his own level of care and attention to fitting. Don't be suprised if he spends an hour or two levelling your worktops. His eye for detail is legendary and he doesn't like leaving a site without every effort to making sure the customer is satisfied with the end result.
Debbie Parker ( Administrator - Agony Aunt- Mediator - and all round Super Woman)
Debbie has this knack of putting customers at ease. Your first friendly voice will probably be that of Debbie and the next time you call she will greet you like a long lost friend. But that bubbly personality hides an extremely efficient and 'attention to detail' young lady. She brings a level of expertise that continually astounds us and together with her thirst for knowlege has made her an indispensible member of the team.
